This type of pedagogy involves synergy between more than one teacher in the classroom. Two teachers (One Physical or Onsite and the other Virtual or Online) collaborate to devise a common curriculum that synchronizes onsite and virtual teaching-learning process. We, at KEDUCON have been practicing collaborative teaching for more than half a decade, wherein synergistic efforts of both teachers effectively bridge the learning gaps in STEM subjects.
The school teachers take the lead and our virtual teaching experts follow up by wrapping up the topic, specifically brushing up important concepts in Science and Math.
The Blended Learning modules in the subjects of Science and Math are delivered by 5-15 yr experienced teachers. All the three subjects of Science i.e Physics ,Chemistry and Biology are taught by separate subject experts. The content is prepared by the same teachers who deliver them during virtual interactions.
Each Virtual interaction in a Blended Learning session lasts for 45-60 min. Each interactive session is further divided into Pre-lecture assessment, Core lecture and Post-lecture assessment. Both pre-lecture and post-lecture assessments are online testing modules, required to be attempted by students at their places. After Post -lecture assessment and analysis thereafter provides us true picture of student’s learning level outcomes
